This site contains all the support services in Colchester if you feel as though you are in a vulnerable position and need further support.
Who will support me?
Colchester BID have commissioned this website to help support visitors to the Night Time Economy feel safe and provide sign posting to various services available. This is in conjunction with ColBac, Colchester Pubwatch, Essex Police, Colchester Borough Council, and Best Bar None Colchester.
There will be posters, Vinyls window stickers and QR code cards available for anyone participating in the scheme.
What are the Aims of the website:
- Understand and support anyone vulnerable who comes into a venue in Colchester
- Empower all staff in the venue to feel equipped to support them.
- Improve feelings of safety across NTE visitors.
- Improve customer experiences in the business.
- Increase custom.
- Make Colchester a safe, great night out!
